Please e-mail us at LIA@lawyersmutualnc.com if you are having any issues with your BenefitFocus User Id or Password. Please ensure that you are logging in using the User Id that has been provided (not email).

A forgotten password can be reset by using the “Forgot Password” link in blue below the “Can’t access your account?” heading on the account login page.

Please fill out BOTH the Last Name and email fields to reset the password.

** Passwords MUST be 12 characters in length and include:
-an upper alpha
-a lower alpha
-a numeric
-a special character

If after resetting your password you are still unable to login to your account using your USER ID, please contact lia@lawyersmutualnc.com and request a password reset by our admin team (please include your username)
